We work with clients across Arizona, California & Texas by phone and Zoom — convenient, efficient, and no travel required. Clients who prefer to meet face to face can book a short in-person consultation at our Scottsdale office. Our receptionist answers 24/7 — call or text anytime and you will reach a person, not voicemail. If an attorney is not available when you call, our receptionist takes your message and we follow up promptly. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Arizona time; the phone is answered outside those hours.

How we bill. Our work is billed hourly, against an estimate given up front. Some matters, including certain trademark matters, may be offered for a flat fee; the attorney will discuss the applicable arrangement.
